How long does repair or restoration take?

Standard repair time is 10–15 business days, depending on the model and service. You’ll get an email when your item is ready to ship.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Express pick-up and return delivery are free in the EU. Express worldwide is free for orders above €100.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay. All transactions are secure.

421 Lucy works with S.T. Dupont, Cartier, Dunhill, Zippo, Colibri, and Ronson.
Services include ignition repair, leak fixing, polishing, and full restoration.

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes. Every item and repair includes a 12-month functional warranty covering ignition, valve, and tank performance.

Where are you located?

We operate from Italy and ship worldwide. All items are handled directly from our workshop.

What should I do before sending my lighter for repair?

After buying the repair service, you’ll receive packaging and shipping instructions by email. Always empty gas before shipping.
